Senior director real estate management

A career as a Senior Director within the Real Estate Management team at National Bank means acting as a leader accountable for the strategy and performance of real estate operations on a national scale. In this role, you directly contribute to the experience of more than 20,000 employees and clients across the country and provide leadership for the operation of a portfolio of over 500 sites totaling more than 5 million square feet, including National Bank’s head office, a flagship, state‑of‑the‑art 40 storey building located in downtown Montreal. You operate at the heart of the decisions that shape the resilience, sustainability and efficiency of work environments, influencing the Bank’s business priorities and strategic directions.
