Role Overview
The Senior Director, International Compensation, Performance & HR Shared Services is responsible for establishing and leading the global governance framework for compensation, performance management, and HR shared services across all regions outside of Mainland China.
This role will oversee HR operations and reward governance for manufacturing, R&D, marketing, and management hub entities across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, supporting a workforce of approximately 20,000 employees with rapid expansion anticipated over the next five years.

Design and implement a global compensation and performance governance framework aligned with business growth, profitability, and talent strategy.
