Capital One is seeking an experienced software engineering leader, Senior Director, Software Engineering, to help us build and grow our Technology Site in Mexico City. Based in Mexico City, the Senior Director of Software Engineering will be responsible for building and leading a team of software engineers who focus on software delivery experience tools to make life easier for engineers to engineer; who focus on cloud governance for compliance, risk reduction, automation and drive standardization towards cloud native architectures; who focus on well managed experiences to empower leaders and application teams to have great visibility and control of their well-managed activities.
