**Key Responsibilities:**

**Lead a team to create the insights that support our strategy**

+ Develop local industry and competitive insights, focusing on Mainland China
+ Enhance local strategy and contribute to development of global strategy through robust insights and deep analysis
+ Analyze/benchmark/rationalize the strategy based on local considerations

**Develop Integrated insights to support the OU Strategy Leads in framing and aligning on prioritization of key issues and opportunities**

+ Connect the different research, data, and insights sources to nurture a compelling business strategy in the region
+ Build diagnosis by integrating insights from owners by function as a joint team and provide strategic options for solution spaces to MBR or OUP
