This role leads the technology and digitalisation agenda for Singtel’s Global Business Services (GBS) unit, driving IT enablement, process transformation, and digital innovation across different functions and services. The incumbent will be responsible for onboarding Singtel companies onto GBS platforms, improving productivity through digitalisation, and ensuring the adoption of cost‑effective technologies that enhance service delivery.
