Senior Director - Translational Science

Our client, is a leading biotechnology organisation developing next-generation immune-modulating therapies is seeking a Senior Director of Translational Sciences to drive immunology-focused translational strategy across a clinical-stage pipeline.

This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the interface of discovery immunology and clinical development, responsible for shaping biomarker strategies, mechanistic understanding, and translational decision-making across programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead translational immunology strategy across multiple programmes
• Design and implement biomarker and immune monitoring frameworks
• Translate preclinical immunology into clinical hypotheses and endpoints
• Partner with clinical, discovery, and regulatory teams
• Contribute to governance and external scientific collaborations
