Senior Director, Trustee Governance

The position is one of the key members to implement the eMPF project, which will greatly impact Manulife in the future as regards the business strategy and operating model. The major work of this role, reviewing various statutory/contractual/regulatory documents, is essential to safeguard the rights and interests of Manulife.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Assist in the planning and implementation of the corporate or business projects, with focus to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
+ Scrutinize various statutory, contractual, and scheme documents, codes, and guidelines, providing comments and inputs to finalize the documents.
