To support their rapid expansion in Asia and strengthen their innovation capabilities, they are seeking an R&D Director to lead their Singapore-based innovation hub, driving the next generation of medical equipment from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary R&D team (mechanical, electrical, software, and biomedical engineers) to develop cutting-edge medical equipment.
Shape the innovation strategy for the Singapore hub, aligning local projects with global R&D priorities.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from research, design, prototyping, and validation to transfer to manufacturing.
