Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sections and details in 2D.
- Visualize solutions in 3D (rendering).
- Prepare production drawings.
- Perform quantity surveys.
- Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Produce General Arrangement of road, road layout, topographic survey, cross sections, setting out details, longitudinal profiles, grading plan, road marking and traffic signs, spot levels plans, pavement plans, traffic signalized junction, roundabouts and traffic impact study drawings.
- Produce General Layout Plan of all utilities (potable water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, firefighting, gas line, electrical, street lighting, traffic signal and telecom).
