Senior Drilling Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Drilling Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and performance optimization of complex drilling projects. This role requires extensive technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record delivering safe and cost-effective drilling operations in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities


Lead the engineering design and execution of drilling campaigns.
Develop detailed drilling programs, operational procedures, and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership for complex wells, including offshore, deepwater, and HPHT projects.
Review and approve well designs, casing programs, directional plans, and operational risk assessments.
Optimize drilling performance, non-productive time (NPT), and overall well costs.
Manage drilling budgets, AFEs, and contractor performance.
Mentor junior drilling engineers and technical personnel.
