Senior Drilling Engineer

Responsibilities
Provide leadership in drilling technical and operational aspects to conform to COMPANY standards.
Propose well designs, well planning and optimized drilling program including innovative solutions to complex drilling techniques for required for infill drilling of mature fields.
Provide well basis of designs as required for field development plans and area development plans in consultation with all stakeholders
Provide input to related contracting process and cycles like Tender Plan and Invitation of Bid Document, conduct Technical and Techno-Commercial evaluations, and prepare Award Recommendation
Provide sound input for Work Programs and Budgets
Recommend improvements and optimization include lesson learned from previous wells including evaluation and execution of necessary studies to deliver work program and budget.
