We are seeking a Senior Driver Operations Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Reporting to the Director, Driver Operations, this person will drive cross-departmental projects that strengthen Lalamove’s supply ecosystem and protect the integrity of our marketplace, and scale validated learnings to improve supply quantity and quality across assigned markets
What you'll do
Build and lead a small team to improve key pillars of Lalamove’s supply ecosystem, including lifecycle management, anti-fraud, service quality, and safety.
Build global standards for critical lifecycle events and supply policies to ensure compliance and operational agility across all markets
