Senior DTS Technician

About This Position
iMasFinance, a financial services Cooperative, is looking for a Senior DTS Technician. This position reports to the IT Service Desk Manager and is responsible for second-line user support, vendor and third-party incident management, preventative maintenance, and IT project rollouts.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
Second-Line User Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents within SLA.
Escalate issues to third-level support when necessary.
Provide management feedback and reporting.
Vendor and Third-Party Incident Management:
Manage incidents assigned to external vendors.
Escalate critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Site Visits and Maintenance:
Conduct hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
