Senior Dyeing

Position : Senior Dyeing & Finishing Engineer
Working Location : ALLWIN TEXTILE SDN. BHD. (PENANG)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize dyeing recipes and processes for various textile substrates
Achieving precise color matching and maintaining color standards
Troubleshoot production issues like shade variations and fabric defects
Manage digital color data using spectrophotometers and professional software
Configure and prepare machines for the production
Operate the dyeing equipment accordance with the requirements of production work orders and process documents.
Monitor the production process to ensure the quality of the products.
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and support each other in shifts or overtime.
Support skill development and on-the-job training for entry level staff.
