To manage daily operations for the Shopee platforms, including promotional campaigns, customer service, order fulfilment, reporting, stock coordination, and platform-related issue resolution.

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILTY

1. Promotions & Campaigns

• Plan and execute promotional for Shopee platform.
• Monitor and update stock levels on the Shopee platform.

2. Customer Service

• Respond to customer chats and update exchange payment statuses.
• File disputes for faulty returns and monitor billing/invoices.
• Manage QC, scanning, and packing for >1200 daily orders. (2 person)
• Manage QC, scanning, and packing for >800 daily orders. (1 person)
• Manage annual scanning and stock loan tracking listing (Shopee, Cat, Hosts).
• Produce monthly reports for Shopee submission to EDP Department key into (Vknow system).
