Key Responsibilities

1. Online Sales & Performance Growth

• Drive online sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain healthy conversion rates, AOV growth, and platform competitiveness.
• Execute sales-driven initiatives such as bundles, limited-time deals, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
• Conduct daily monitoring of sales performance and competitor pricing.

2. Website & Platform Management

• Ensure 100% accuracy in product uploads, pricing, stock levels, and category arrangement.
• Oversee content updates, banners, product listings, and campaign assets on all platforms (Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaign launches, drops, and promotions.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions for website technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth user experience.
