Senior E-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure brand consistency.
• Process and fulfill orders across platforms; monitor inventory, request replenishments, and manage manual or automated tasks.
• Oversee Amazon FBA, Seller Central, and FBM orders, including claims, replacements, affiliate requests, and internal purchases.
• Update MSRP, manage listings and discounts, maintain Amazon account health, and resolve marketplace or fulfillment issues.
• Identify lost or damaged items, file and track claims, resolve disputes, and manage chargebacks with proper documentation.
• Support Customer Service with product and order inquiries; monitor high-risk or unfulfilled orders.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain KPI dashboards, and track chargebacks and fraud.
