Senior Editor, Editorial

The Editorial Senior works with the local Editorial team, supporting their team to produce the Japanese database within the international database. They will often act as a replacement for the team lead on a day to day basis. The Senior Editor, Editorial is expected to co-ordinate and lead the editorial team workflow, providing effective guidance on a day to day basis. You will develop a deep understanding of global systems and be responsible for supervising and providing workflow support to team members on a daily basis.As a Senior Editor, you will be the contact point for the editorial team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.Ultimately, you should support the team by setting a good example and engage the editorial team to achieve the goals set out by the business.
