What you'll be doing Designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to the Gross Synergy System to improve efficiency and functionality Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Gross Synergy System, ensuring optimal performance and uptime Conducting regular system maintenance, including software updates, security patches, and backups Liaising with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Documenting system processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity Mentoring and training junior members of the IT team on the Gross Synergy System Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for system improvements

Pay: RM2, RM11,212.11 per month
