Role Overview Pertemps are seeking an experienced Senior Educational Psychologist to support the leadership and development of the Educational Psychology Service (EPS) within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. This role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and professional supervision to ensure high-quality services for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management of day-to-day operational aspects of EPS service delivery

Review time efficiencies and evaluate service impact

Contribute to the evaluation and ongoing development of the EPS

Provide line management and professional supervision to Educational Psychologists and Assistant Educational Psychologists
