Senior EE Lead

We are looking for a Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead new product development of electrical hardware for energy storage, load controllers, and transfer switches. This role is responsible for designing and delivering power electronics hardware that integrates tightly with firmware, power subsystems, and mechanical assemblies.

The right candidate is execution-driven and capable of building and scaling a high-performing hardware development team. They are equally comfortable leading design reviews in a conference room and debugging circuits in the lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the EE team responsible for power electronics hardware design, development, and validation for CES energy products
• Own full product lifecycle execution: schematic design, layout guidance, board bring-up, lab validation, and design for test and manufacture
