Senior Efficiency Lead

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven project lead to support the rollout of tech products and other initiatives with a focus in Financial Services. This role will work across teams to translate strategy into delivery—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring launches land smoothly. A strong grasp of project discipline, product operations, and analytical thinking is essential. The role will also drive targeted improvements in processes to enhance speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
● Product Roll-Out Execution
○ Lead and coordinate end-to-end roll-out of tech products—from scoping, planning, and stakeholder alignment to go launch then post-launch monitoring
○ Work cross-functionally with product, tech, commercial, operations, marketing, and compliance to ensure readiness across all fronts
○ Build and manage project plans with clear deliverables, risks, and interdependencies
