Senior EHS Manager

Overview

The Senior EHS Manager for Medtronic’s commercial operations in Brampton and Milton, Ontario, provides site and country level leadership and accountability for Environmental, Health, and Safety programs within a regulated commercial environment. The role partners closely with the Milton product service and repair site; field, clinical, and sales teams; administrative functions (on‑site and virtual); and site and country leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and continuous improvement aligned with Medtronic’s mission and global EHS standards.

As a senior leader and subject matter expert, the Senior EHS Manager leads the implementation of EHS strategies, drives regulatory compliance, and advances employee engagement initiatives to support safe, sustainable, and efficient operations.
