Electrical Senior Design Engineer

Purpose of the role
As an Electrical Senior Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role within the Engineering Design Team, working closely with Principal Engineers, Design Managers and Discipline Leads to deliver high-quality design in line with processes, BMS requirements and H&S regulations. This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong design capability within the water and wastewater sector, and may also involve line management of discipline and non-discipline engineers.

Alongside driving quality and supporting innovation, you’ll contribute to the governance of discipline design activities, ensuring smooth integration with other design disciplines. You’ll provide technical support to procurement and site teams as needed, while also helping the Discipline Manager and Principal Engineers with knowledge sharing, team development and mentoring of early-career engineers.
