Senior Electrical Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership and Management

• Oversee performance of Electrical engineering consultants and ensure compliance with project milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (ID, Architectural, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Contracts, Sustainability).
• Delegate tasks appropriately and adjust priorities based on project evolution.

Project Planning and Scheduling

• Develop and maintain Electrical engineering design programs and resource allocation.
• Support development of comprehensive project plans including scope, deliverables, T&C strategy, and commissioning milestones.
• Establish clear Electrical design directions and ensure clarity in all meetings.

Stakeholder Communication and Management
