Senior Electrical Engineer

The Senior Electrical Engineer will work within the mining, power and energy industries, with a special focus on LV/MV switchgear, small power & lighting systems, motors & drives, and input on renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will lead design activities, quality assurance, testing, commissioning, and contractor supervision across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and design reviews using industry electrical design tools (schematics, single‑line diagrams, cable schedules, load calculations, etc.).
• Develop technical specifications, scopes of work, and cable layouts for contractors and suppliers.
• Perform QC/QA activities for electrical installations and documentation.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, SAT/FAT and performance testing of LV/MV switchgear, motor control centres, drives, transformers, UPS and lighting systems.
