Job Title: Senior Electrical Estimator (US Commercial Construction - Remote)

The Role: We are a Florida-based Electrical Contractor expanding from Service into Commercial New Construction. We are looking for a Lead Estimator to partner with the owner to build our bidding department from the ground up. You will not just be counting symbols; you will be analyzing past projects, building our pricing database, and calibrating our labor units before we start live bidding.

Phase 1 : The Calibration Phase

• Research past public/private projects using ConstructConnect .
• Perform blind estimates on completed jobs and compare your numbers against the winning Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Adjust our labor units and material pricing until our internal numbers match market reality.
• Build a Master Price Book specific to Florida Commercial work.
