We are looking for an Engineer with broad experience. The position is all about early stage concepts and coming up with innovative ideas and solutions. You’ll be taking ideas from various sources and coming up with original solutions and it would suit someone with a broad background that has seen a few things and knows how to turn an idea into a product.

It wouldn't suit auto/consumer/high vol industry backgrounds where the focus can be on reducing costs - this is the opposite of that.

The role will involve discussions with customers, suppliers, internal engineers, managers, directors etc so you must be able to present ideas, answer questions & collaborate as some of the solutions will be integration work with customers and other partners.
