Senior Electronics Design Engineer(Automation Engineer)

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or any related course).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry, with at least 5 years in project management or engineering leadership capacity. Hands‑on experience in tooling, mold design, product development, and process validation (PPAP, FAI, DOE).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of injection molding machines, tooling design, mold trials, and material properties. Proficient in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and control plan development.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems. Excellent in project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk management.

General Skills: Superior leadership, planning, and communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD‑based tools (2D/3D). ...
