Job Description

Role Overview
PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Email Campaigns Associate, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of global email marketing campaigns, delivering data-driven communications that support commercial objectives, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing across international markets.
Key Responsibilities 
Own the end-to-end execution of complex, high-volume email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, journey design, content briefing, setup, scheduling, QA, A/B testing, deployment, and post-campaign evaluation.
Lead the development and optimisation of automated and lifecycle email journeys (e.g. onboarding, retention, reactivation, upselling).
Ensure accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, GDPR compliance, and timely delivery of all email communications across global markets.
