Key Responsibilities / Duties : 
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Email Activation and Enablement manager, helping coordinate team tasks and priorities. 
Provide informal leadership and mentorship to email developers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables. 
Oversee local coordination of email development activities, helping manage timelines, workloads, and stakeholder communications. 
Engage with requesters to gather campaign requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. 
Create pixel-perfect, responsive email templates using HTML and CSS, adhering to branding and UX best practices. 
Collaborate with UX and creative teams to ensure alignment with design standards and accessibility guidelines. 
Support both EMEA and North America email programs, helping balance global workload and priorities.
