We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Employee Development Specialis** **t** specializing in electrical systems and repair to join our dynamic team at the Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, Fla supporting our delivery team. This role requires an Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge and experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations for both commercial and military aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical and electronic systems.
