Job Title: Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Runcorn, UK

Salary: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday – 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to deliver a high-quality, risk-aware, and solutions-focused ER service across our diverse organisation of 5,500+ colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about driving fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.

What you’ll do
Act as a senior point of contact for complex ER matters, providing expert advice and guidance.

Manage high-volume ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.

Handle ACAS conciliation, mediation, and prepare case bundles for Employment Tribunals.
