Senior Employee Relations Consultant – UK Policy & Change

NES Fircroft is seeking a Principal Consultant in Employee Relations based in Aberdeen, London, or Port of Tyne. This hybrid role involves functional responsibility for UK employee policies and advising the organization on HR strategies relating to unions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Employee Relations experience, effective communication skills, and be a Chartered CIPD member. This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension.
