NOVARGI is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves leading Novargi's business development strategy across the Middle East, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12–15 years of experience in business development within the Oil & Gas or energy sectors. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic as a plus.
