Senior Energy Placement Broker

About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Energy Placement Broker is responsible for managing and executing high-value energy insurance placements for regional and international clients. The Senior Energy Placement Broker will develop placement strategies, negotiate with global insurance and reinsurance markets, and ensure optimal coverage, pricing, and capacity. The position requires strong technical insight, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to support business development while providing clear, confident advice to clients on complex energy risks.

• Lead complex placements and renewals across the full energy value chain.
• Prepare slips, wordings, and placement documentation to market standards.
