We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled engineer to lead the development of Mechanical Automation Systems for next-generation optimized form factor products. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, precise, and scalable automation solutions that align with evolving product and manufacturing demands.
About the role - you will:
Lead the design and development of automation solutions for smaller substrate form factors and dimensions.

Analyze current manual workflows to identify constraints, alignment challenges, and key failure modes, forming the foundation for automation design.
