**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented and driven R&D Engineer to join our Copper Cable Engineering team. The team is based in Claremont North Carolina, but this position will be based in Suzhou, China. This role will support new product development and sustaining engineering activities for our Suzhou manufacturing facility and contract manufacturers across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wire and cable design, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support multiple R&D and sustaining projects focused on cost optimization, product enhancements, and new product introductions (NPIs) across APAC.
