About the role

 AEMO’s System Design division plays a central role in planning the power system as Australia undergoes rapid transformation. With the shift to renewable generation and widespread electrification, the number of new transmission and distribution projects is growing fast. With more than GW of new generation set to connect over the next 30 years, this role places you at the centre of Australia’s energy transition. You will help commission a wide range of technologies, from wind, solar and hydro to batteries, storage systems and emerging hydrogen projects. You’ll work closely with network service providers, developers, investors, manufacturers, consultants, and government and regulatory bodies, collaborating with some of the most respected experts in the industry.
