Senior Engineer – Developer Velocity

As part of the Developer Velocity Squad within Levi’s Shared Platform & Services Technology Organization, this role focuses on accelerating software development speed and quality by eliminating bottlenecks, optimizing development tools and processes, and enhancing overall developer effectiveness and experience.

• Standardize, implement, and maintain the Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.
• Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and workflows including advanced deployment strategies such as blue‑green and canary releases.
• Drive adoption of AI‑enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, reduce operational overhead, and enable intelligent decision‑making across the software development lifecycle.
