Job Description

• Operational Control and Scheduling
• Augment Duty manager engineering in monitoring, controlling & coordinating Aircraft changes movement, AOG situations (e.g. RTB, ATB) & Aircraft changes requirements in Singapore based on CoC input and Scoot OCC requirements.
• Updating of delays, incidents, accidents, VVIP flight. AOG status via text messaging services (Whatsapp, Scoot Workchat etc)

Coordination for emergency operations including incident/accident management to duty manager

• Escalation for manpower for ad-hoc tasks due critical/incoming defects that requires urgent rectification.
• Technical Advice & Support
• Augment Duty Manager in monitoring Aircraft Defer Defect and Cabin defer defect restriction. Highlighting critical defect for rectification.
