Introduction

As a senior engineer in the failure analysis department, you will perform electrical Failure Analysis work on wafer and package samples using various analytical tools.


Responsibilities
+ Perform detailed EFA analysis using SOM, Thermal Microscope, FIB, SEM, AFP, XRM, CSAM and OM analytical tools and generating EFA report upon completion of jobs
