Senior Engineer, Group Leader - Land Development (Ottawa)

Overview

Senior Engineer, Group Leader - Land Development in our Ottawa office. This position will develop and lead a group of Project Managers and technical support staff and is responsible for the planning, design, construction inspection, and administration of municipal infrastructure projects. The Senior Engineer, Group Leader will also serve as Project Manager and provide support for multiple projects, requiring at least 10 years of consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with the Senior Manager to provide updates on actions and strategies to achieve group goals and targets
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans, set goals and targets for the group as established with the Senior Manager to expand both services provided and market areas
• Communicate regularly with other Group Leaders to discuss items of mutual interest – sharing resources, technical support, business development activities, etc.
