General Description  
Person must have technical knowledge & minimum 7 years of hands-on experience of HSE implementation at hydro sites.  
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write the purpose for which the job exists  
Conduct Safety Audits, Safety Walks. 
Implementation of TBT system & Work permit system at site.  
Contractor Safety Management implementation at sites. 
Implementation of Andritz Safety Guidelines & Procedures at Sites. 
Review of Safety performance of sites including Near Miss, incidents and conducting analysis.
