Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior HVAC Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and technically strong professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead HVAC engineering, site execution, and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise HVAC works for high-rise construction projects
-Review HVAC designs, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
-Monitor installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
-Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project standards, authority regulations, and safety requirements
