Job Description
Drive innovation at the NRC as a Senior Engineer in Photolithography, focusing on process improvement in our Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre. This full-time role requires your physical presence to support our advanced research initiatives.
As an experienced Lithography Engineer, you will lead projects that design and refine photolithography techniques for optoelectronic devices. Your responsibilities include engaging with external partners and overseeing the client's needs to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance photolithography processes and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with teams to optimize new production methods
• Set up criteria for product validations to enhance client services
• Work with engineers on design and fab metrology requirements
