Senior Engineer (Industrial Engineering)

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance for FEK and FER, identifying loss drivers and define data-based improvement actions.
• Maintain equipment planning parameters (e.g. throughput, availability, efficiencies) in planning systems.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional productivity projects to improve equipment performance and utilization.
• Drive OEE/IEE improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis of downtime, speed losses, and quality-related impacts in close collaboration with process engineering, maintenance, and production.
