Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technicians, including training and performance reviews.

Provide technical input and solution development to support new projects and business development initiatives.

Design energy and power metering frameworks.

Design and commission EMS and AMR systems.

Facilitate FAT and SAT procedures for metering systems.

Review and approve technical design documentation.

Ensure system integration, testing, and overall quality assurance aligned with customer specifications.

Support field technicians with technical guidance.

Act as a technical escalation point for complex client queries.

Configure hardware including servers, switches, gateways, and power meters.

Compile and automate complex technical reports (e.g., tariff analysis, section budgeting).
