Senior Engineer

FamilyMart Malaysia is seeking an experienced Engineer to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and performance of all counter equipment across our outlets nationwide — including coffee machines, soft serve machines, oden machines, hot food equipment, and other in-store machinery.

This role involves leading and managing a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance, accountability, and timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. It plays a critical part in maintaining operational continuity, minimizing downtime, and upholding consistent service quality standards across all FamilyMart stores.
