Senior Engineer

The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

• The process engineer is responsible to sustain & maintain Lithography process (coat, exposure, develop). Full process ownership on quality, yield, damage containment, process capability and stability, cost, CpK and other related KPIs. Support continuous Improvement Projects (CIP). Need to be experience in litho process (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner).
• Full process ownership on quality, yield, damage containment, process capability and stability, cost, CpK and other related KPIs.
• Able to perform intermediate process window study using standard tools like DoE approach to optimize process in term of cost, and quality.
• Support process transfer, ...
